Billing & Insurance Information
You’ll receive a bill from the facility where your exam was performed. This is the hospital or facility charge for use of the imaging equipment, technicians, and supplies necessary to perform your test.
The bill you receive from Houston Northwest Radiology Association Association is for the radiologist who interpreted your test and provided a report to your referring physician.

Refund requests are processed by customer service. Please call 713.426.9171 for assistance. Once it is determined that an overpayment has occurred, a refund will be issued by check or credit to the patient’s credit card. Refunds are generally issued within 30 days of the request.
Our physicians participate in many of the major carriers’ managed care plans. If you have services at one of the facilities where we practice, the group will extend the network rate for radiology services even if we don’t have a contract with your insurance plan.
If you visit an in-network facility and we are out of network on your insurance plan, we will extend discounts.
