Billing Information

You’ll receive a bill from the facility where your exam was performed.  This is the hospital or facility charge for use of the imaging equipment, technicians, and supplies necessary to perform your test.

The bill you receive from Houston Northwest Radiology Association Association is for the radiologist who interpreted your test and provided a report to your referring physician.

Customer service hours are 8 am – 4 pm, Monday through Friday

Refund requests are processed by customer service. Please call 713.426.9121 for assistance. Once it is determined that an overpayment has occurred, a refund will be issued by check or credit to the patient’s credit card. Refunds are generally issued within 30 days of the request.
